Indicators of quality work at the Đurđević company are reflected in the observance of the following principles, which are accompanied by ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP certificates.
Investments this year include investments in a new sterilization plant, purchase of new lactofreezers, cold storage and new laboratories. Obtaining the IFS certificate enables export to the countries of the European Union, which have only two other dairies in Serbia.
The imperative of the company is European production trends, which are followed by production facilities with an area of 15,000 m² , of which it is important to emphasize:
– modern large livestock processing line with a capacity of 20 units per hour
– mechanical processing of finished products with a capacity of up to 10 tons per day
– deep-freezing chambers with a capacity of up to 1000 tons
– warehouse space that fully meets the needs for quality storage of raw materials, raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products companies.
The Đurđević food industry can boast of five scientific papers published in international publications, trophies for the production of fresh meat and dairy products from the Leskovac, Novi Sad and Budva fairs and Kulenijada.
